(R.E.A.L.) Agriculture Conference

R.E.A.L. (Racial Equity in Agriculture Lab) Conference is a regional conference led by and focused on farmers, ranchers, urban growers, gardeners, new and beginning farmers of African and Indigenous descent as well as entrepreneurs, educators, advocates, food producers, Black churches and Black-led institutions in our community. The conference will be an engaging, interactive networking, planning, and strategy-building experience that should plant the seeds for the 2023 season and beyond. 

R.E.A.L. conference is centered around the needs and interests of  Black and other socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers. Through inclusive and holistic conversations, we aim to bridge gaps around the present and future realities of Black farmers, growers, and land stewards and owners.
